Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email info@cafeclubluxembourg.lu with your order number before the deadline. You then have a further 14 days to ship the goods back to us.

Condition of returned goods

  • Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Items that show signs of wear, smell of perfume or smoke, or are damaged by the customer may be refused or refunded partially.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. The refund includes the original outbound shipping cost (standard rate). You will be notified by email when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges — please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, emailinfo@cafeclubluxembourg.lu within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Event tickets

Tickets to Café Club events and the Café Club Festival are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by us. Refunds for cancelled events are processed via Fourvenues.
