Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern every order placed through cafeclubluxembourg.lu. By completing a purchase you accept them. Read them carefully — they include important information about your rights, payment, delivery, and our liability.

1. Who we are

Café Club is operated by 3ZAS SARL-S, registered at 97 avenue du Bois, L-1250 Luxembourg-Limpertsberg, Luxembourg. RCS Luxembourg: B250272. VAT: LU32682517. Email: info@cafeclubluxembourg.lu.

2. Products

Our products are limited-run merchandise. Photographs and mock-ups are illustrative; minor variations in colour, print position, or fit are normal and not considered defects. Stock is limited and we do not guarantee restocks.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable Luxembourg rate. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price displayed when you place the order is the price you pay.

4. Ordering and payment

The order is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (cards) and may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Bancontact depending on your region. We never receive or store full card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or breach of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full within 14 days.

5. Delivery

We ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 working days within Luxembourg/Benelux and 5–10 working days for the rest of the EU/UK, from the date of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, with no reason required. Full conditions and instructions are in our Returns Policy.

7. Faulty or non-conforming items

If a product arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days atinfo@cafeclubluxembourg.lu with photos. We will replace, repair, or refund per your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

8. Event tickets

Tickets to Café Club events and the Café Club Festival are sold by our partner Fourvenues. The ticketing terms and refund rules of Fourvenues apply to those purchases. Once issued, tickets are generally non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by us.

9. Intellectual property

The Café Club name, wordmark, logos, designs, photography, and copy on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Luxembourg law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform atec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
